FSA or HSA debit cards can decline for a variety of reasons, but ultimately this is controlled by the issuing bank associated with your plan. The specific reasons can be anything from exceeding plan limits to the merchant not being an approved vendor. Payment may decline at a pharmacy that is not contracted with your plan, for example. We recommend checking with your administrator if you experience payment declining, as well as inquiring whether Tinyhood courses are suitable for plan reimbursement, should you decide to use a personal payment method instead. We are always happy to send a certificate of completion and/or invoice to assist with your reimbursement if needed.
