Here are a few tips that may help with video player issues:
- Try disabling your ad-blocker, along with any active browser extensions
- (these can cause issues that prevent you from advancing to the next chapter)
- Delete data/history from the browser's cache and reload the page
- Make sure you do not have a VPN installed/activated on the device you are trying to watch your videos on
- Double-check that your connection to the network is stable and active and that your internet service provider or mobile network is working properly
- Restart your device and/or reset the router
*You may have to close the browser and reopen it after disabling features, to allow the page to reload properly. We'd recommend also checking to ensure your browser's updates are current or trying a different browser entirely if you're still having trouble.
